How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping and fulfillment times vary depending on the number of items ordered, the categories of items, and your delivery location.
Fulfillment will take usually 2-7 business days. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Shipping will vary. Depending on the order, shipping will usually take between 6- 12 business days. After payment, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
There may be unexpected delays that can increase these fulfilling and shipping times. We are not responsible if the shipping carrier takes longer than expected. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges during the pandemic.
What do I do if I never receive my order?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
We do not offer refunds for orders marked delivered by shipping carriers. If you beleive an order may have been lost by the shipping carrier, please notify the carrier.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally! Please keep in mind that shipping times will likely be delayed if you are outside of the United States. Shipping charges will vary depending on the location.
Will I receive an emailed receipt?
Yes, after payment you will receive a receipt directly to the email inbox used in the order. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.
Why does my package smell like vinegar?
Don’t fret! When unpackaging a new shirt or hoodie, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. This is because of a fixation agent used in the printing process (necessary so that the water-based ink does not flake off the product).
You can get rid of this smell by washing the product! The scent is not permanent. If the product is not made from organic materials, always be sure to wash the garment before wearing. You should do this for all new textile products (not just ones from this store).
All inks (Kornit Neopigment inks) are non-hazardous, biodegradable, and contain no animal by-products.
Are the materials organic?
All crop tops, baby onesies, and tote bags are made from 100% organic cotton. Crop tops are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Baby onesies and kids t-shirts are OEKO-TEX TEX Standard 100, Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), and Organic 100 Content Standard (OCS) certified. Tote bags are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and PETA-Approved Vegan.
In an effort to keep merchandise as affordable as possible, not all products are made with 100% organic materials. Please be sure to wash all non-organic clothing before use (from this store & from all stores).

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
What is your refund or returns policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected] so we can get it re-shipped! We can re-ship products to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging (with the product shrink-wrap unopened, such as the individual wrapping around a shirt). Note: individual product shrink-wrap must remain unopened. We do not accept returns on water bottles due to sanitary reasons. You must email us first to begin the return process. Please do not mail the product back to the return address – your refund may not be accepted.
If a package is lost, we do not offer refunds for orders marked as “delivered” by shipping carriers. If you believe an order may have been lost by the shipping carrier, please notify the carrier. Please also see the “What do I do if I never reecive my order?” FAQ tab. If you believe an order was delivered but stolen after delivery, please notify your local law enforcement as well.
Can I change my order?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company, so the product is made right after you order it… just for you! Because of this, we cannot edit the order once it has been processed. Using an on-demand fulfillment company is more sustainable and eco-friendly!
What size should I order?
We clarify if this is a women’s fit or uni-sex fit in each product description. Please be sure to read these carefully before selecting your size!
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed in the product description section. If you’re still on the fence, it’s better to size up in case the product shrinks slightly during high-heat drying.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is secured through PayPal’s online ordering platform. We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal credit, bank account information, and more.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
